CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

. To be Responsible from all construction activities of 3 residential apartment buildings.

.  To supervise and ensure that all construction site activities and assembly works are carried out in accordance

with international standards, contract annexes and specifications, in accordance with approved detail,

assembly instructions and layouts,

.  To make referral and coordination of all the site staff connected to it,

.  Maintain positive relations with the main contractors, suppliers or subcontractors during the preparation

and execution of the project and report any developments or changes the management ,

.  Carrying out all activities to complete the project on the time and on budget,

.  Reporting to management when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

.  Advanced level of English,

.  Graduated from Civil Engineering Department of Elite Universities,

.  Project management experience at international standards,

.  Minimum 10 year Experience in construction project management,

.  Must have 5 years residential building construction experience,

.  High material, detail, system and installation knowledge,

.  Experienced in planning, reporting and progress payment reports,

.  Experienced in Site, Organization and Technical Staff management,

.  Advance AutoCad knowledge,
