We are looking for a Field Service Technician for Grinding and Pumps. Your location will be Ankara, Turkey (although frequent domestic travelling required), and you will report to the Head of Services Delivery, Europe and North Africa South Territory.

As Field Service Technician, Grinding and Pumps, You Will

- Gain understanding of Outotec’s grinding mill technology and its possible applications, 
- Troubleshoot problems on products,
- Support the Global Grinding Mills and Pumps engineering department in the reviews, the development of local customers needs and requirements,
- Perform service site visits and repair work,
- Provide consultation and supervision of the installation of Grinding mills and pumps at the site,
- Handle technical inspections and recommendations at site,
- Take care of preventive maintenance work at the site, 
- Supervise installation of a pre-assembled product,
- Provide specific technical discipline work at the site (hydraulics, mechanics, etc),
- Identify sales leads and promote services offering,
- Train customers on basic operation and maintenance,
- Support Sales relating to technical scope definition as required,
- Ensure proper fulfilment of all QEHS rules and regulations of Outotec and the customer,
- Perform safety inspection at workplace prior to start the job,
- Perform job safety analysis (JSA) for any specific job at the site,
- Participate in mechanical work in equipment delivery projects.

To succeed, you will need:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the Mechanical Industry and / or pumps industry,
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or related Engineering,
- Proactive hands-on and site work attitude,
- Proactive and result oriented hands-on approach to project implementation,
- Self-driven and systematic working style with the problem-solving ability,
- Excellent oral and written communication skill (Turkish and English),
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 70-80%,
- Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and processes of Grinding,
- Preferably knowledge of industrial equipment in Mining.
