Job Description

Park Hyatt Chennai is looking for talent, that is entrepreneurial in approach with ability to drive the overall topline through enhanced engagement with guests, owners and colleagues. Required Skills

- Functions as the Business Owner and a Marketing Specialist for F&B Revenues, to ensure that overall F&B is successfully achieving targets

- Creates a greater EQ/FT (Emotional quotient per sq ft) in the F&B Operational together with The Executive Chef and F&B Manager

- Treats F&B Operations independent of the hotel to drive business and strategy

- Has the overall responsibility of Sales and Marketing of Food and Beverage Operations

- Actively engages in Social Media promotional tactics and communication

- Works with the creative agency on F&B promotional creatives

- Socialises in the local circles to promote the hotel and create mutually beneficial business relationships 

- Attends and activity participates major Food And Beverage related  functions to network and promote the hotel and check competition

- Will be responsible for achieving the monthly and annual targets of F&B as a whole

- Will work in close coordination with the F&B Operations Team to deliver a personalised experience to guests

- Financially astute to prepare the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage supported by the Marketing Strategy

- Capable of working with Marcom Team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications activities through an ROI analysis and adjust as necessary

- Closely works with Marketing Communications Manager and Revenue Manager to maximise use of the targeted market information including customer profile, behaviour, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications

- Evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive and cutting edge

- Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times

- Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate

- Works closely with the F&B Operations team to support daily shop floor engagement personally

- Understand food and beverage operations and the team spirit needs between sales and operations

- Works with the Evets team to maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests

- Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented

- Ensures that the Food and Beverage activities in the outlets are aligned with the Hotel's and Global Corporate Strategies, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate

PARK HYATT ISTANBUL MAÇKA PALAS

Maçka Palas, one of the finest buildings in the city, became home to Park Hyatt Istanbul-Maçka Palas, following the hotel’s scheduled opening in November 2008. Ideally located in the fashionable Nisantasi residential and shopping district, the hotel uniquely combines the historic architecture of an Art Deco building with innovative interior design.
