• Müşteri bilgilerinin ve rezervasyon talebinin alınması ve kayıt edilmesi.
• Kredili rezervasyon taleplerinde müşterinin risk durumunun değerlendirilmesi, uygun olmayanlar için onay alınması.
• Kesinleştirilmemiş rezervasyonların izlenmesi ve müşterilerle temasa geçilerek kesinleştirilmesi.
• İptal edilen rezervasyonun durumun belirlenmesi, depozito iade ya da gelir kaydının yapılması ve faturalama işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesinin sağlanması.
• Müşteri ana verilerinin tanımlanması.

 Dedeman Istanbul Otelimiz için;

• Turizm ve Otelcilik alanında eğitim veren Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
• Rezervasyon ve Resepsiyon elemanı olarak en az 2 yıl sektörel tecrübeye sahip,
• İngilizce bilen,
• MC Office ve Opera Programlarına hakim,
• Prezentabl ve Güleryüzlü,
• Temsil ve ikna yeteneği kuvvetli,

A Human Resources Manager will manage Human Resource related activities including succession planning, talent management, recruitment, learning and development & training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and performance of all Human Resources related activities. This includes talent management, succession planning, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and health and safety initiatives. Specifically, a Human Resources Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plans
• Maintain a best practice recruitment approach, including the Company's vacancy management system, to attract the best applicants
• Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talentImplement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
• Oversee the hotel's human resources database and payroll system
• Provide a framework for counseling, coaching, and welfare services
• Manage the Opinion Survey and the calendar of Team Member social events
• Manage and resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issues
• Maintain an awareness of competitor human resources activities and best practices

• 5+ years of relevant professional HR experience in a hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector

• Opera Entries (Account, Contact, Group & Banquet Block Entry)
• Sales Office Daily Reports preparations (Transient & Group)
• Filing, Group File preparations
• BEO, Attrition, Daily Event report preparations
• Month End Reports preparations
• ESS Survey weekly upload
• Telemarketing to prospect clients
• Preparing sales voucher for clients
• Helping sales team in all fields
• Generate letters, invitations, and final participant/attendee lists
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., tours, mailings)
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process
• Assist Marketing Manager in all marketing related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in 5 star hotels at least 1 years (International hotel experience preferred.)
• Advanced English communication skills
• Usage of Opera system and strong computer skills
• Strong organization, planning and communication skills
• Result oriented, strong persuasion skills, team player
• High energy level, self-motivated, articulate and presentable
