FROZEN FOOD AND BEVERAGES brand (The Company) with factory in Ankara and national distribution centers, intends to join to its team a SALES MANAGER (SM)
MAIN PURPOSE
Sales Manager in Turkey (SM) is a person having wide experience in sales and marketing of food and beverage consumer’s products, like ice creams, snacks, refreshments, chocolates, dairy products (ayran, yogurt, juices), that will work on the market of Turkey.
SM is based in Ankara, where headquarter of the Company is.
SM will increase the portfolio of clients, like provincial distributors, national chains of hotels, caterings, national chains of restaurants, chains of supermarkets, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Manager (SM):
SM will be reporting to the General Manager, and the SM will be responsible of:Accomplish the 2019 SALES PLAN. Managing logistics of some assets purchase and rentals of assets like company lorries, small refrigerators purchase, etc. Selecting and joining small team of sales workforce for frozen food & beverages type of products. Presenting Company to new potential clients, and signing the supply agreements. Execute sales agreements with clients in the market. Leading a team of salesmen already existing, who are making direct dispatch of product to clients. Managing the clients of the Company and increasing them, on the following market segments: Organized Supermarket Companies (the retail segment). Vertical organized food and beverages shops (self-services, grouped shops, franchises, petrol stations, etc.). Any miscellaneous point of sales suitable for the products of the Company.
SM spends 75% of his/her working time in the market, not in the office.
Skills and Experience/ Job Requirements:
Preferable: Five (5) or more years of experience as SALES TEAM LEADER in TURKEY in companies dedicated to: Ice creams, Snacks, chips, chocolates, biscuits, etc. Drinks, refreshments, juices, mineral water Frozen food Dairy products like yogurt, Ayran, desserts, etc. Packed fresh food like Cheese, patisserie, etc.Ability to gain clients (Organized and reputed buyers), on which Company’s Products shall be present. Self-initiative Ability to work in a team environment, within multinational & western companies. Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to meet deadlines and drive day to day issues. Experience in the management of ancillary elements for display the food/beverages, like portable freezers and shelves, which are normally ceded to the clients. Working days Monday to Saturday in spring and summer time.
Education and others
Sales and Marketing qualifications.Vehicle Driving License.
Medium to good level of English
Resident, or willing to live, in Ankara
