İş Tanımı

Leading role in managing the real estate portfolio, landlord rent negotiations, splitting responsibility between transactional activity and portfolio/ estates management activities.
Implementation of Group policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practice and standard reporting to the business in relation to Estates Management (EM) and Regional Transaction Partner (RTP) contract scope of services.
Ensures all transactions are in adherence with SOPs, Group risk controls and processes (both EM and RTP)
Effective planning, tracking and implementation of transactions.
Plans, directs and controls identification, delivery and operation of Estates Management (EM) within a country in partnership with vendor providers.
Plans and manages EM and RTP activity in alignment with Group CRE strategy, as advised by Regional Estate Manager
Integrates EM and RTP planning, processes and delivery with:
  • other CRE functions (Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Operational Management)
  • Other supporting functions within Finance, Legal
  • External providers

Appropriately balances risk considerations with cost considerations in the management and delivery of EM and RTP.
Provide feedback to Global Porfolio Manager Vendor Manager on GPM performance and suggested enhancements to Insight/Horizon systems.

Certifications, Qualifications & Experience

Knowledge/Qualifications:
  • Relevant professional qualification in real estate, ideally in a Property or Estates Management discipline.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a broad range of EM activities and issues faced by large corporates.
  • Sound understanding of how banks operate, key challenges faced in the operating environment.

Experience:

  • Significant experience managing CRE transactions and / or operational portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple real estate related projects with delivery of timely and quality results.
  • Demonstrated results in delivering successful risk management and control processes across multiple functions.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands, and handle ambiguity.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to prepare high level presentations and transaction summaries for senior executives.
  • Ability to grasp, understand and independently handle new and existing projects and ideas.
  • Sound business and commercial awareness.
