Job Description

  • Managing payroll budget,
  • Creating and keeping personnel files up-to-date,
  • Managing 3rd party company about payroll service and personnel affairs,
  • Preparing periodic operational reports as needed,
  • Following labor law and regulations,
  • Following up the permits and overtime,
  • Managing all HR operations,

Required Skills

  • University degree, 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related fields, 
  • Good at employment legislation, 
  • Experience in Corporate Payroll Systems, 
  • Good command of spoken and written English, 
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility, 
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and problem solving/analytical skills,
  • Must have strong advising skills,in-depth knowledge of employment law and experience in resolving employee relations issues,
