Jeoteknik Mühendisi

Our Mining Group which is one of the leading conglomerate of Turkey searching for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer. The basic job description for the position is:

• Review and optimize blast performance for wall control Design,
• Implement, and maintain geotechnical monitoring as needed and maintain monitoring database
• Generate geotechnical reports and documentation as well as high wall designs and geotechnical investigations as needed
• The candidate will also assist with geotechnical mapping and assist with ground control safety trainings
• Other duties as assigned

Bachelor of Science in Engineering Geology or Geological Engineering or equivalent 
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience working in the geotechnical or mining field 
To know a few of the computer software used for geotechnical analysis and modeling (Datamine ,Rocscience,etc)
Having experience in geotechnical drilling and logging.
Experience with geotechnical slope monitoring equipment 
Excellent safety record with ability to demonstrate safety leadership
Team leader, problem solver and
Excellent oral and written communications skills 
Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions for extended periods at a time 
Ability to work closely with peers at any level of expertise
Good command of written and spoken legal English and/or French is a plus
Availibilty for the business travels to abroad
