Logistics Specialist

•  Client Order entry into Oracle system
•  To support preparation of weekly customer reports
•  To follow up & communicate with supply chain, regarding each client order’s supply status
•  To communicate with operation team about the forecast status of the ordered item and support the sales forecast planning
•  To communicate both client & sales person regarding with each ordered item status
•  To organize the ordered items shipment via warehouse & forwarders
•  To complete the each order in system as per Compliance rules
•  To support all planning activities in coordination with the Sales ops and demand planner of the region
•  To support the inventory follow up & planning of the region and support the development of inventory and turns targets by creating new ideas to improve the existing supply chain

-         Min 2 year experience

-         Good communication skills – he/she needs to create effective communication with both clients and internal staff

-         Attention to detail – he/she needs to be careful about the details and should manage the order organization under control with all related parties

-         Managing stress – he/she should have ability to manage the stress at very busy work periods

-         Analytical thinking

-         Proactive: he/she needs to analyze the needs/expectations of the clients for the order and should take the action accordingly

-         Strong interpersonal skillsto facilitate decision-making across the Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Finance organizations

-         Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with willingness and ability to challenge assumptions drive change and improvement

-         Strong communication skill, both oral and written

-         Effective negotiation skills

-         Should have the following skill sets: persuasion, supervisory, active listening and learning, communication, critical thinking, analytical thinking, judgment and decision making, reading comprehension, project management, mathematics, time management, presentation and operations analysis.

-         No military obligations (for male candidates)

Knowledge Requirements

-         Good English skills for both writing and speaking

-         Good at all Microsoft office programs, Advanced Excel knowledge is a must
