The Account Executive will be responsible for direct sales to an assigned list of national and multinational companies in Turkey and improving existing customer relationships as a means to foster creating new business opportunities through customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
* Identify, target and develop key accounts, with responsibility for all phases of the sales process
* Will work with high level executives to build strong client relationships
* Will work with a virtual account team where appropriate to serve customer needs
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts
* Support Kampus - iTEP marketing and trade show activities
* Support Kampus - iTEP global account sales strategies and programs that will positively impact the company’s bookings and revenue
* Provide customer feedback to product development
* Will work through long sales cycles working with all levels of organizations, specifically, business units, HR and Procurement
* Will work in an independent environment with minimal support
* Work with clients to create and execute worldwide implementation plans
* Develop integrated communication and marketing plans to help launch and promote the service within the client organization Identify and develop opportunities for expanding the client relationship

Qualifications:
* 5 to 10 years experience in business-to-business consultative selling, preferably selling web-based training and development solutions
* Demonstrated account/client/territory and project management skills
* Proven business development experience with National and Global corporations
* Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation)
* Experience in Internet technology, online learning, and/or corporate education
* Written and verbal fluency in English required University degree or equivalent required, MBA a plus
