• Manage projects in accordance with determined standards and methodology,
• Plan, implement and report project management processes,
• Track project performance and give relevant feedback when necessary,
• Create and report project documentation; involve and update related parties on the progress,
• Measure project performance,
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the tech team,
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks establish and maintain relationships with third parties create and maintain comprehensive project documentation,
• Providing coordination with the Digital Marketing and the IT team

• BS or MS degree in engineering or relevant fields, 
• 3+ years of experience in project management including all aspects of planning, process development, tech team management, execution, and reporting,
• Experience of IT, Network Projects,
• Knowledge for analyze, process and project management tools (Visio, MS Project, Jira etc.),
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is must,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• An enthusiastic interest in management, communication, tooling, technology, and techniques,
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills,
• PMP or other related project management certifications is a plus,
• Experience of Call Center is a plus
