We are a fast-growing US-based company catering to customers in the USA providing software products and services.  

Work Hours:  17:00 pm - 24:00 am Turkish Time  Monday - Friday from Remote

Start Date:  Immediately

Payment: In US$ dollars

Administrative Assistant:

You will be assisting different departments depending on the needs.  You must speak, read and write in English fluently and will be required to be part of meetings with customers in the USA.

  • Help each department such as Marketing and Project Management with their needs.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain electronic filing systems,
  • Manage accounts and help with billing

  1. Qualifications: 
  • English: Speaking and Writing proficiency with at least 2-4 years of education in English outside Turkey. 
  • Education: At least 2 years of bachelor's degree.
  • Analytical thinking. 
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Male candidates must have completed their military service or must have at least a 3-year postponement.
  • Must have a PC-based computer with a decent internet connection that can handle voice and video to attend zoom meetings.
  • Must be able to work in a webinar environment where we talk and share with other members of the team. Therefore, must have a webcam and microphone connected to the computer.
  • The working environment must be free of background noise.
  • Must be able to use Windows, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
