Directory Development Executive

This is a fully remote full-time work-from-home position.We are a dynamic digital technology company operating two leading online B2B platforms for solar and recycling industries - https://www.enfsolar.com and https://www.enfrecycling.com. Our solar project is one of the most popular websites in the industry, with more than 5,000,000 users annually.

Our recycling project was launched in 2018 and has more than 200,000 visitors annually. Each website has company and product directories, listing more than 175,000 companies and products from all over the world with a unique level of quality, scope, and professionalism.We are expanding and looking for a new Directory Development Executive for our team (we have offices in the UK and China, and part of our team is also working remotely from many countries, such as Serbia, Turkey, India, Philippines, and others).

The role

In short, you’ll be responsible for the information architecture of our websites (including future websites about new industries) and the development of relevant working processes as well as dealing with custom project-related tasks from the CEO. Detailed explanations with examples of specific tasks will be given during the interview.


Main tasks:

? Research specific industries' work processes, main company and product types, main data points for company/product profiles, and main technologies to create new and update current company and product directories;

? Based on this research, design (mostly from an information point of view, not IT/web design, though a basic understanding of IT/web design requirements is also required for successful cooperation with IT/design teams) new and update current company and product directories backend/frontend templates;

? Develop and maintain automated company and product data collection processes for created company/product directory templates;

? Improve existing work processes and tasks ensuring better productivity and efficiency;? Work on ad hoc custom projects from the CEO, understand business requirements, and implement them technically (the CEO will give you ideas that you will need to implement cooperating with other teams).Requirements

? Fluency in written and spoken English.

? Knowledge of programming language(s), such as Python
