Job Description

RDL is a dynamic and growing company specializing manufacturing and exporting dental, medical and machinery products. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an International Sales Specialist for mostly Russian speaking countries.
Job Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition:
o Research and identify potential customers in Russia and other target markets
o Reach out to potential customers through various channels (email, phone, social media)o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Sales Support:
o Assisting sales team with customer inquiries and order processing
o Preparing sales proposals and presentations
o Managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Administrative Tasks:
o Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation
o Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers
o Translating documents and correspondence between Russian, English, or Turkish. Turkish is an asset.
• Remote Work:
o Effectively managing remote work responsibilities, including time management and communication
o Utilizing office software,crm and communication tools to collaborate with team members

Required Skills

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to work CRM program
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasksStrong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team player mentalityUniversity degree or equivalent experience
Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in an international context
