İş Tanımı
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and additional managments reports,
- Assisting /Accompanying External or Internal Audit team for preparation of financial statements,
- Be willing to have additional responsibility in Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Audit,
- Support and coordinate month-end closing process,
- Ensure quality control over financial statements and reports,
- Participating and taking active role to develop business processes and company policies,
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts,
- Work closely with the Turkey and Poland (SSC) accounting team to ensure accurate reports,
- Prepares regular and special financial analysis reports to interpret results of programs and establish policies/processes for carrying out programs,
- Analyzing existing budgets on both departmental and organizational levels,
- Supporting to manage an organization’s cash flow through strategic planning and assessment,
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is required,
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields,
- Min 4-5 years in related job ecperience,
- Fluency in written and spoken English,
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills,
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently,
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills,
- Team pleayer with stong analytical skills and result oriented approach,
- Detail oriented and knowledge accounting procedures,
- IFRS knowledge is preferable,
- Audit experience at big four is preferable,
- Sap knowledge is preferable,
