- Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B services,
- Prepares the training plans in conjunction with the managers under his/her responsibility and follows them up,
- Launches and deploys marketing initiatives in the local area in order to increase revenue,
- Keeps close track of the competitors,
- Must be passionate of staff productivity and profitability,
- Exceptional food and service /delivery of the operation,
- Preparation of food budgets and to achieve their requirements with respect to food sales, average spend, profit percentages and operating expenses,
- Comprehensive knowledge/interest in food preparation, cooking and presentation,
- To be aware of current food trends and to develop new techniques and menu items to increase sales,
- To be accountable for Kitchen and Restaurant operations on daily basis,
- Assess and monitor quality of food production and presentation with Head Chef,?
