To maintain complete knowledge of:
All hotel features/services, hours of operation.
All hotel restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance.
All hotel catering events and restaurant covers.
All hotel room inventory, daily occupancy, rate structure, targeted monthly and annual revenues, and monitor daily house count and expected arrivals/departures (in particular VIPs).
Guest loyalty program.Guest VIP codes assignment and preferences.
Different listing issued by switchboard are reviewed / up to date and accurate.
To be responsible for the inspection of all VIPs accommodations ensuring all details arecaptured based on guest preferences.
To support Front Office during busy check-in and check-out times, ensuring personalized and professional service delivery to our guests at all times.
To ensure management presence in the lobby in order to build positive relations with our guests by encouraging their feedback and to provide effective support to our team.
Excellent communication skills both in Turkish & English
Experience in managing large teams
Hospitality Management University Degree
Previous hotel opening experience would be an advantage
