To provide consistent and superior service, and maintain high service standards
To perform the night manager responsibilities in absence of night manager
To check the guest credit limits and inform the Accounting of any exceeding amount
To do the daily room blockages
To deal with guest complaints
To keep sales high continuously
To ensure attendance to internal trainings and meetings
To treat the guest in the best way from welcoming the guest to farewell
To ensure all the FO team works in harmony in his shift
To ensure that the data received from the guest and entered into the Information systems are full and free of any error; ensure the data is updated
To be fully knowledgeable to be able to provide continuous and eternal guest satisfaction
To provide maximum guest satisfaction and profitability on room sales
To upsell through presenting guest the Hilton advantages to enable them to enjoy Hilton
To fully perform the Welcome and Farewell of the guests
To inform guests about the hotel To realize the orders of upper management in full To ensure the organization and work flow that would enable Reception, Phone Central and Concierge to work in coordination with minimum errors
To be able to use Fidelio system, to set the bills at the end work shift
To be knowledgeable on how to use technical equipment
