Guest Experience Manager

 We are looking for a colleague to be appointed as " Guest Experience Manager " for our Barcelo Istanbul Hotel, a hotel affiliated to the International Hotel Chain, located in Taksim Region on the European Side. Ensure that the hotel guests’ expectations are fulfilled and to personalize the guest stay from pre arrival, arrival, departure, post departure and during the guest stay. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Barceló Hotel Group’s policies

• Solid communication and organization skills
• Fluent in English, as a second language preferably Spanish; other languages will be considered also
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in 5 star hotels 
• Guest satisfaction oriented, with proper diction and effective communication skills on the phone and face to face
• Willing to work in a team
• Strong problem solving ability
• Graduated from a University 
• Able to use MS Office and Opera applications effectively 
• Not related to military service (for male candidates)
