This role will be part of the UAE and Turkey Shared Service Centre (SSC) organisation, initially reporting to the Turkey SSC Director of Finance. The HAFS Project Manager will project manage and implement the Document Management System project for Turkey, and project manage all other parts of the HAFS project across GCC and Turkey.
This role will be the main contact point between the UAE and Turkey SSC teams and the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services Transitions, Automation and Governance Team (HAFS TAG Team), providing updates on project progress, support requirements and benefit delivery.
- Develops and maintains project plan
- Assesses and documents project issues and risks
- Coordinates actions that deliver against the project plan to achieve key milestones and deliverables
- Demonstrates competence to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks to completion
- Reporting to HAFS TAG Team
- Develop business cases
Lead project to implement a Document Management Solution to the SSC organisation
- Incorporate process improvement into project
- Manage IT developers to deliver system that meets business requirements
- Manage stakeholders across the business
- Lead training and implementation across SSC and hotels

Required QualificationsMinimum Education: Applicable work experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of progressive overall experience with 1-2 years of project experience
Licenses or Certificates Required: PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
Languages Required: Fluent Turkish and English
Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): Flexibility to travel within Turkey and across GCC (primarily UAE), expected to be 25%
Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Project and Visio) and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
Education: BS/BA/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Years of Experience: 7 years of progressive overall experience
Additional Requirements: Overall knowledge of the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services organisation
