Required Skills
- Independently handle and clarify technical and commercial customer inquiries
- Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to completion
- Prepare quotations and follow up on delivery schedules and deadlines
- Coordinate and process sample requests and sample orders
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with the relevant departments
- Prepare and maintain customer visit and trade fair reports
- Work closely with colleagues at our headquarters
- Provide professional customer support and consultation with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Customer-oriented, with an independent work style and a strong ability to work in a team
- Analytical mindset with a good commercial understanding
- Fluent in Turkish and English; German is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
