The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Create analysis documentation for every new project/application Liaise with project stakeholders including internal IT staff, business leaders and third parties to capture requirements, identify work packages and agree implementation, training and testing plans Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle Provide weekly status, key stakeholders and report up into individual programs as required Provide regular communications with clients and team member on the status of project milestones to ensure availability of resource, address any issues and mitigate risk Define resource requirements and work with internal managers to define priorities and ensure suitable resource allocation

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Excellent organisation skills to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Comfortable analysing and presenting results and recommendations, with a keen eye for detail Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically. Ability to get things done with an entrepreneurial mindset for overcoming obstacles Track record of effectively delivering multiple projects at one time in a very fast-moving environment, strong project management experience, campaign planning and execution Strong problem solving, negotiating, influencing and facilitation, organization, prioritisation, decision making and conflict resolution skills Responsible and eager for self improvement.
