Bob’s Bookkeepers is an outsourced accounting and finance consulting firm. We are specializing in start-ups, hoping to achieve a near perfect set of financials for each of our clients, at a reasonable cost.  Our goal is to give everyone a good understanding of their companies financial health.

About Role - Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant

• This person will be responsible for coding and reconciling bank and credit card entries
• Reviewing entries that were entered
• Updating Balance Sheet Schedules
• Entering Balance Sheet entries
• Entering bills into bill.com 
• Answering client questions via email or slackFollow process to create revenue and cogs entries

 

1. Must know the difference between Debit and Credits 
2. Be profecient in English 
3. Be able to use Excel, and Google Sheets
4. Work from home
5. QBO experience a plus but not required 

We are willing to train and teach, however must have basis accounting knowledge.

The position is part time, during the evening hours. 

There will be assesment test for English, Accounting and Excel.
