Kampüslerimizde ulusal müfredatın yanı sıra uluslararası öğretim programları (Cambridge Primary,Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS/A Level & IBDP Programme) uygulanmaktadır.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, Gökkuşağı Schools, with campuses in Istanbul (Ataşehir, Beylikdüzü), Ankara (Alacaatlı) and Izmir (Çiğli), is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Primary, Middle and High School Mathematics Teachers to join our growing team.Our schools deliver both the Turkish National Curriculum and international programmes including Cambridge Primary, Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS/A Level, and the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP). Therefore, candidates are expected to be able to teach international programmes in English. The school provides continuous professional development opportunities.

- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun olması,
- Uluslararası programları ise İngilizce anlatabilecek düzeyde yabancı dil yeterliliğine sahip olması,
- Modern öğretim yaklaşımlarını benimsemesi ve eğitim teknolojilerini etkin kullanabilmesi,
- Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip, disiplinli, sorumluluk bilinci yüksek,
- Öğrenci gelişimini destekleyen, mesleki etik değerlere bağlı ve takım çalışmasına yatkın olması beklenmektedir.
Key Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Promote a positive, purposeful and professional school culture
- Support and motivate students to achieve academic success
- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons
- Monitor student progress and differentiate instruction accordingly
- Assess students’ work accurately and provide meaningful, constructive feedback
- Design and administer assessments in line with curriculum requirements and standards
- Communicate student progress and concerns to parents/guardians, counsellors and relevant staff
- Participate in school events, club activities and staff meetings as required
- Represent the school at conferences, workshops and professional networking events
- Contribute to departmental development and whole-school improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards in the effective use of English as a common language of instruction
- Attend Parent Evenings/Weekends and provide appropriate academic guidance to families
- Participate actively in departmental and school-wide INSET/CPD activities Support cross-curricular learning and collaborative initiatives
- Keep up to date with subject-specific and pedagogical developments
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (or relevant subject area)
- A Master’s Degree is preferred
- A relevant teaching license/certification
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (reference letters from previous institutions are an advantage)
For foreign teachers:
- Diploma Equivalency Certificate (the Council of Higher Education – YÖK)
- A valid Turkish Residence Permit/Residency Card
Experience with Cambridge and/or IB Mathematics will be considered a strong asset.
