- Muhasebe kayıtlarını yapmak
- Bordroların yönetimini gerçekleştirmek, gelir ve giderleri kontrol etmek,
- Hesap bilgilerini toplayıp analiz ederek mali tutarsızlıkları düzeltmek,
- Firma ödemelerini gerçekleştirmek için mutabakatları yapmak
- Çek düzenlemek, takip etmek,Günlük kasa ve banka işlemlerini muhasebeleştirmekKesilen ve gelen faturaların muhasebesel kayıtlarını yapmak.
- Personel işlemlerinin tüm aşamalarını takip etmek, yıllık ve ücretsiz izinleri kayıt altına almak, giriş-çıkış işlemlerini genel muhasebeye bildirmek
- Puantaj tutarak personel maaşlarını hesaplamak
- Muhasebe departmanı içerisinde tüm süreçlerde aktif rol almak
Aranan Nitelikler
- (Muhasebe)Tercihen Üniversitelerin Muhasebe, İktisat, İşletme ve Maliye Bölümlerinden mezun,
- En az 4-5 yıl tecrübeli,
- E fatura işlemlerinde tecrübeli,
- Tüm mali mevzuata ve genel muhasebe uygulamalarına hakim, gelişmeleri takip etme disiplinine sahip
- Kurlu çek, senet işlemleri yapabilen,
- Cari hesapları takip edebilecek,
- Mali Müşvari ile koordineli çalışabilecek
- Program kullanabilecek kadar temel İngilizce bilgisine sahip,
- Cari hesap mutabakatları yapacak, BA - BS mutabakatı yapacak
