We are looking for a  " Guest Service Ambassador " who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills. To work on a rotation basis within Guest Services Team to provide a courteous and efficient service and maximum guest satisfaction as per the standard required by the hotel.

• University degreeAt least two years experience in a similar position,
• Good communication skills,
• Good command of written and spoken  English,
• Administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Team player Self-motivated
