Aranan Nitelikler
As a GC&E Sales Executive, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Coordination of the hotel’s sales activities with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&B sales and other revenues.
- Authorization to make decisions within the framework of the task area described
- Carry out sales negotiations within the framework of agreement with her/his Team Leader
- Co-responsibility for smooth and rational work sequences in the sales department and cooperation with the other departments in the hotel, in particular Reservations and the Banqueting Department.
- Involvement in the hotel’s sales activities plan
- Planning, organization of written, telephone and personal contacts with customers and supervision of these contacts
- Monitoring the offers, options and cancellations for repeat bookings for groups, conventions, and seminars in close cooperation with the territorial sales managers and the Group Coordinator
- Responsible for laying outs and stocks of all promotional materials (brochures, flyers, sales pamphlets, banqueting pamphlets, etc.)
- Preparation of company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and price conditions by agreement with the territorial sales manager responsible

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values, possess a strong drive, a keen commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine zest for operational excellence.
Mobility is also an important factor as the right person is expected to be working in at least two different locations during the programme, which can be anywhere in Türkiye for 9 months each.
To be considered, you should have:
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality or other equivalent by August 2024.
- Fluency in English and Turkish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Eligibility to work anywhere within Türkiye.
- Full mobility across Türkiye, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton.
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role would be preferred, although is not essential.

What will I be doing?
As a Pastry Chef, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Pastry Chef will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings
- Bring creativity to the pastry offerings
- Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation

- Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings
