Responsibilities
- Communicate the product’s value to the market.
- Work with sales team in the field to master the voice of the customer, competitive positioning, and the needs of the sales team to energize market differentiation and rapid revenue growth
- Plan and perform educational training activities for both physicians and sales force of our international distributors,
- Creating marketing materials (brochures, surgical techniques, animations and social media materials) that communicate product features,
- Developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers,
- Support current distributor channel sales activities in their place.
- Review and support customer purchase orders and maintain them.
- Conduct market analysis, both primary and secondary research, and synthesize client and member feedback in collaboration with Response Ortho –WishBone medical teams to support the above activities
- Manage new product commercialization and monitor health of product launches, providing regular updates to executive stakeholders
- Collecting feedback from customers throughout product development
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers,
- Developing and supporting a comprehensive launch plan and strategy for current and new product(s)

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years marketing project planning and execution experience required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism
- Healthcare and/or Health Services industry experience
- Exceptional marketing skills in areas such as product positioning, clinical differentiation, storytelling, and visual impact.
- Strong communication skills that facilitate presenting and communicating information in a clear and compelling manner
- A self-starter with a can-do/entrepreneurial, impact-driven and accountable mindset who can also work well in a team-focused, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Intellectual curiosity: the ability to see and explore new possibilities
- Energy and flexibility for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Requires professionalism, diplomacy, organization, creativity, and ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely manner, as well as the ability to work with all levels of management
- Passion for Response Ortho mission
- A sense of humor is a must
- Healthcare Medical Device experience preferred
- MBA is preferred
- Excellent problem solving and quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, good attention to detail, the ability to use sound judgment, and leadership qualities
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently or in a team atmosphere when handling multiple tasks
