Reservation Support Agent

Reservation Support Agent who meets the following criteria is sought to be employed in the Antalya Region Department of our company, which provides hotel accommodations worldwide / tourism activities on a global scale and provides employment for 12 months.

General Qualifications;Has a good command of English and is capable of making international calls over the phone. Experienced in tourism / Travel agency or Hotels.Suitable for flexible working hours, able to work in the day, evening or night shifts.Good computer use. Will be able to make e-mail correspondence.Preferably has experience in online reservation systems and knows the terminology.Communication ability is advanced, solution oriented.
