Revenue Manager

We are Rockenue, a boutique revenue consultancy for small and independent hotels in the UK of less than 40 rooms. Our mission is to provide much needed revenue management services to small hotels that often lack the budget to hire seasoned revenue managers. With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, we share our expertise with small hotels in order to succeed in the increasingly digitised hospitality industry. As we grow the number of hotels we revenue manage, we need a skilled executive with good working knowledge of Online Travel Agencies(OTAs) to assist our day-to-day operations. This role will be responsible for the effective management of OTAs, online content and general digital marketing tasks. We are looking for a professional who has previous work experience of working with OTAs (essential) in order to effectively manage our customers’ queries and the optimisation of these channels.

Requirements;At least 2-5 years of hospitality industry experience with tangible exposure to third parties, OTAs and wholesalers,Business-proficiency in English to be able to execute all tasks to high precision,The ability to multitask effectively and to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision,Relevant knowledge of working with OTA channels, such as but not limited to checking inventory, optimising listing quality, liaising with account managers to optimise packages, deals and contracts,An energetic, hard working person.
