The company is actively developing and opening new branches in different countries. Considering the potential of the Turkish market, the company registered its division here.
We are currently looking for a manager for our new branch in Turkey.
- Search for a warehouse and office.
- Search and recruitment of personnel.
- Organization of the branch, (preparation of workplaces for employees, the conclusion of contracts with logistics companies and with various service providers).
- Participation in negotiations with suppliers and customers to maximize profits.
- Organization of the import of products to the warehouse.- Ensuring optimal interaction between the sales and warehouse .
- Organization of work on the development of the client network.
- Control over the fulfillment of concluded contracts and conditions with clients.
- Ensuring the implementation of sales plans of the Branch, plans for net profit, monitoring the achivment of personal plans of sales managers.
- Monitoring and studying the demand for textile products in the local market.
- Sales forecasting, development of "non-standard" sales strategies / models and assessment of their effectiveness.
- Submitting your own proposals to the Head of the Regional Department on changing the assortment and, prices for textile products.
- Participation in the inventory  of the warehouse of the entrusted Branch.
- Control over the high-quality performance of the warehouse of the Branch for the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to customers.

· At least 2 years of experience as a manager.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and time management skills.
· Purposefulness and initiative, persuasiveness, stress resistance.
· Focus on results
· Good knowledge of Turkish and Russian languages, knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
