- Reaching sales target.
- Maintain knowledge of competition and prices.
- Providing superior customer service.
- Cooperate with agencies
- Creating property marketing materials
- Preparing offers and sales agreements.
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
- Conducting comparative market studies.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
- Basic financial knowledge, such as calculating percentages and commissions.
- Must work weekends and holidays
- Occasional travel may be required
Aranan Nitelikler
- Good Real Estate knowledge 2-5 year & Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Must maintain product knowledge (existing and new).
- Always well informed about available finance, interest rates, minimum down payment required and the latest financial trends in the market.
- Knowledge of legal issues pertaining to the sale of properties.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
