Front Office Supervisor

We are looking for a Guest Services Manager for the Front Office department of our hotel. You will be responsible for the smooth running of a shift and lead a team of receptionists. In detail this means:

Provides cover in all areas of the Front Office Department as and when required
Is fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures
Helps, prepares, implements and reports on departmental goals and training plans
Makes sure that Front office staff delivers quality of guest services within department and corporate standards and guidelines
Reports directly to the Front Office Manager

Minimum of two years previous supervisory experience in a 5 star property in a similar position
Knowledge of Opera is essential
Demonstrates advanced organisational and managerial skills
Provides leadership and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction
Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
Excellent communication skills are essential
Focus on exceeding customer expectations
Fluent in English
