Cost Controller

*Realization of cost accounting practices and do cost analysis,
*Create and report variance analysis between actual and budgeted values,
*Prepare costing of recepies and updating them when change takes place,
*Monitoring and reassuring the correctness of the quantity and cost of inventory in the system,
*Taking control of conformity to the accounting and store records,
*Produce monthly and annual reports on cost,
*Responsible for the main store, ensure that any item that comes in or goes out is properley recorded.

High awareness of accounting rules and procedures with 2 to 5 years experience in Cost Accounting.
* Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
* Experienced in Micros and MC,
* Experienced in keeping up to date all costing sheets for menus and drinks
* Worked in the tourism sector in 5 star hotels as a cost controller
* Experienced at tracking stock, stock levels and controls, done stock takes / reporting its results
* Experienced in spot-checking floats on every outlet to ensure honest till practices and cash handling takes place
* Good knowledge of excel,
* Preferably male candidates.
