Oda Temizlik Görevlisi (HK Kat Görevlisi )

Dağıtılan tüm misafir odalarının yanı sıra katındaki diğer tüm servis ve dolaşım alanlarını en yüksek temizlik ve hijyen standartlarına göre temizlemek.

Sunulan her eğitime katılmak ve özen göstermek.Katındaki tüm boş odaları ve koridorları sabahları kontrol etmek.
Misafirlere mümkün olan en kaliteli hizmeti sunmak ve istekleri yerine getirmek.

Banyoları ve yatak odalarını, doğru sırada verilen doğru talimatlara göre temizlemek, misafir odaları için oda düzenleme kurallarını tam olarak yerine getirmek.

Kayıp eşyaları kat hizmetleri ofisine bildirmek ve teslim etmek.Kat arabalarını ertesi gün için düzenli ve hazır bırakmak. Stoklarını control etmek ve tamamlamak.

Geç çıkışları, temizlenecek odalarını, hizmet dışı odalarını doğru talimatlara göre temizlemek, misafir için odanın düzenini korumak ve misafir eksiklerini tamamlamak.

Kat ofislerinde yeteri kadar yastık, battaniye ve yatak pedi vb stok olmasını sağlamak.Kat koridorlarını çöp için kontrol etmek, akşamları çöp kutularını temizlemek.

Temizlik ekipmanlarını temiz ve çalışır durumda olduğundan emin olmak ve bir hasar oluşursa şefine bildirmek.

Misafir malzemelerini ve temizlik malzemelerini talimatlara göre kontrol etmek. Gerektiğinde diğer katlara ve bölümlere yardımcı olmak.

Misafirin özel isteklerini ve alışkanlıklarını izlemek, farketmek ve kayıt altına almak.

Vardiya saatlerinde esnek olmak ve yöneticisi tarafından verilen çalışma saatlerine uymak.

Çalışanların El Kitabında ve Otel'in Yangın, Hijyen, Sağlık ve Güvenlik konusundaki politikasını anlamak uymak.

Tüm potansiyel ve gerçek tehlikelerin derhal rapor edilmesini ve düzeltilmesini sağlamak.

Otelin Çalışan kurallarını ve düzenlemelerini anlamak ve tam olarak uymak.

This position is responsible for the oversight of the hotel's general ledger operations and supports the hotel Director of Finance. Additionally, this person will be responsible for efficiently running the Finance department in line with Hyatt Corporate standards while meeting guest and owner expectations. 

Position Responsibilities/ Essential Functions Conducts timely and accurate month-end closing and submission of month-end reporting, Account Payable, Account Receivable, bank reconciliation, forecasting and balance sheet reconciliation. Ensure timely and accurate submission of corporate reporting requirements and management reports.Participate in monthly financial review and review preliminary financial statements with Director of FinanceReview PayrollSupervise Finance staff including coaching and counseling associates to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures, training and evaluating performance of staff.Assist in overseeing hotel on-site Finance functions to ensure proper fiscal management, timely and accurate reporting and analysis for the hotel.
This responsibility also includes hotel financial planning, budgeting, accounting and cash managementSystems administration, G/L account reconciliations, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P&L responsibility.Assist with completing the year-end audit process. Review and approve all reconciliations and audit work papers. Participate in and respond to auditor requests to ensure total hotel compliance.Help prepare all monthly and annual financial statements. Investigate, review and analyze the variance explanations, involving the department staff in this process. Take initiative to manage trouble shooting for respective cost controls and revenue enhancementAssist Director of Finance with special reporting and analysis projects.Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobConduct or ensure all Training and Evaluations are completed as required by HyattCoach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and ProceduresComplete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.

Qualifications;
Accounting degree or ACCA certification is required.
2 years or more of progressive Accounting experience, preferably in a hotelExperience supervising staff members is preferred
Prior MICROS, Hyperion and Hyatt systems (Opera and PMS) , Oracle expertise desiredKnowledge of Payroll and Pension functions and procedures Proficient knowledge of computer applications Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Attention to detail.Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
High level of accuracy and efficiency.

We are looking for a Hostess is responsible for delivering great service to all guests, being knowledgeable and professional in doing so. Host/Hostess is mostly responsible for receiving and seating the guests and having good communication with the waiting staff and kitchen about the guests.

• Responsible for doing all preparations for the service, like preparing table planning and menus.
• Ensure all menus and are clean and ready for operation on floors.
• Any specific menus (buffet, brunch, promotions, etc.) have been printed and are ready for use.
• Make sure to work with clean equipment and surfaces.
• Ensure to be fully aware of the promotions and discounts.
• Ensure daily emails and reservations have been checked.
• Make sure that he/she is always enthusiastic and delivers great service to all guests, is the first contact for the guests and should always be aware of that in answering the phone or speaking with the guests directly.
• Keep an eye on guests when they move or something changes and communicate this with the team and kitchen.
• Take orders and give information to guests if required and communicate this to colleagues.
• Communicate with the chefs and kitchen for any special request, dietary requirements or restriction from the guests.
• During the service, the hostess should be able to deal with challenges, changes and keep an eye on table turnovers.
• If necessary prepare orders like drinks and prepare snacks and bread. -Responsible for cleaning tasks during and after service.
• Check with managers or coordinators for any large party reservations.
• Ensure package forecasts for HB, BB and FB are printed every day.

• Must have at least one year of work experience as a Host/Hostess.
• Fluent Turkish and an additional language is a must (English)

We are looking for a SPA Receptionist;

• Makes, reconfirms and verifies guest bookings,
• Checks and assists with the set up of daily operations of the spa reception according to Hyatt Regency Ataköy Spa standards,
• Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa,
• Participates in the sale of products & services,
• Handles guest complaints and records all guest comments accordingly,
• Manages appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day,
• May need to escort guests as required

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management,
• At least 2 years experience at Spa, Front Office or Guest Relations,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks,
• Result driven, proactive and reliable personality,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
