•  Tüm konuk oda, banyo ve koridorlarını Four Seasons standartlarına göre temizlemek, hijyen standartlarına göre dezenfekte etmek ve konukların kullanımı için malzemeleri eksiksiz olarak tamamlamak.
• İşini yapmakta kullandığı malzelelere özen göstermek, kirli ve temiz malzeme ayrımını yaparak malzeme stok, dolap ve depolarını düzenli tutmak.
• İşini yaparken karşılaştığı her tür hasar ve aksamaları, iş güvenliğini tehlikeye atan durumları zamanında ve doğru şekilde amirine rapor etmek.  
• İşini yaparken kullandığı otel araç, gereçleri, misafir odası ve depo anahtarlarını itina ile muhafaza etmek Otel emniyet ve acil durum prosedürlerine uymak.
• Görevlerini yerine getirirken otel prosedür, kural ve standartlarına bağlı kalarak çalışmak.
• Otelin herhangi bir yerinde unutulan ve bulunan kayıp eşyaları Kayıp ve Bulunan Eşya Yönetmeliği çerçevesinde teslim etmek.
• İşveren ve amirleri tarafından verilen iş tanımı haricindeki ek görev veya projeleri yerine getirmek.
• Belirlenmiş Four Seasons standart ve yönetmeliklerini bilmek ve uygulamak. Daima temiz ve düzgün üniformaya sahip olmak.

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor works directly and actively support the role of the Executive Housekeeper. Responsible for meeting the highest standards of cleanliness for all public and B.O.H areas which are assigned to the Housekeeping department.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who possess

• Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self motivated Professional, service oriented, eager to help co workers, adoptable with changes 
• Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations 
• High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel 
• Knowledge of all MS systems; and the knowledge of Opera and Lotus Notes soft wares 
• Proficiency in English and Turkish, second language is preferred. 
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment 
• A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task 
• Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule 
• Superior communication skills Knowledge of chemical items used throughout the department.

Previous Hotel operations experience, university degree or equivalent experiences are preferred.

• Cleaning all guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors in accordance with Four Seasons standards, disinfecting them according to hygiene standards and replacing fully the missing items for guest use.
• Caring for equipments used to perform the job, dividing equipments as dirty and clean, and keeping stock cabinets and storages organized.
• Promptly and accurately reporting all damages and interruptions, conditions threatening job safety, that are encountered during the performance of the job, to the supervisor.  
• Carefully storing hotel tools, equipments, guest room and storage keys used during the performance of the tasks.Adhering to the hotel's safety and emergency procedures.
• Complying with the hotel's procedures, policies and standards while performing duties.Submitting any lost and found items that are found anywhere in the hotel, in accordance with the Lost and Found Items Regulation.
• In addition to the tasks listed in the jobs description, carrying out additional tasks or projects assigned by the employer and supervisors.
• Knowing and executing established implementing Four Seasons standards and regulations.
• Always wearing clean and proper uniforms.
• Always fulfilling guest requests in a calm and polite manner and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.Working outside of shift hours and working overtime when the task requires it.
• Focusing on the goals of the group while ruling out personal self-interests.
• Professional, service oriented, eager to help co workers, adoptable with changes
• Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
• High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
