Join our Team

Bell Attendant  works directly and actively support the role of the Guest Services Supervisor. Assists guest with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess

Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self- motivated
Knowledge on techniques of how to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 kg
Ability to drive motorized vehicles and have National Driver’s license
Professional, service oriented, eager to help co workers, adoptable with changes
Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
Proficiency in English and Turkish
High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work scheduleSuperior communication skills
Previous Hotel operations experience, University education preferred or minimum 2 years guest services experience and national driver’s license requirement
