Respond appropriately and in a timely manner.Create Giveaways and webpages using specialty toolsCreate custom emails to send to our fans announcing specials and giveaways.Work with third party to help promote licensed merchandiseMaintain brand website to ensure content is new and relevant. This includes creating and maintaining QR code webpage for each of our products.Keep up with all Social Media trendsMonitor and respond to guest comments, reviews and messages in a timely manner, determined by industry and customer service best practicesUtilize platform reporting tools to review advertising performance and make necessary adjustments to meet our advertising goals.Perform additional tasks as requested such as the annual report, special requests from Marketing Managers, or third-party licensees.Lead Marketing team in development, execution, optimization, and reporting of full multi channel social media campaigns to meet divisional and store business goalsCreate, monitor and optimize paid social media initiatives, using strategic targeting and budgeting practices to maximize impact and minimize costAnalyze metrics weekly, monthly and annually in order to optimize posting and ad spending, educating teams on findingsRespond to press and partner requests from mediaMaintain availability to work a variety of days and shifts (including weekends and nights)Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directionAbility to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environmentGet along well with others and act as a team playerAssist with updating websites with products, pictures and moreOther duties assigned as neededOther Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain and manage contract packaging operations for outsourced items.Requirements:Knowledge of continuous improvement processes as well as product costing methods.Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must possess an intermediate or advanced level in Excel
