We are looking for a Event Service Manager who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.
To manage the outlets as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistent with Hyatt International Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the food and beverage operation and administration.
To manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organised and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

At least two years experience in a similar position with an international hotel chain.
Able to communicate with all levels of employees
Good command of written and spoken English
Team player
Self-motivated
Good computer knowledge
No military obligation for male candidates
