Fire, Life, Health, Safety & Security (FLHSS) Manager

Create a safe and secure environment for all guests and colleagues.
Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures for the department and operational departments of the hotel.
Review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports in accordance with Safe, Sound and Sustainable Policies.
Ensure all documentation following incidents is completed and followed up.
Carry out risk assessments in the workplace for the Security Department and support Department Heads in completing their own assessments.
Act as the main contact and coordinate annual MOHG internal Safe & Sound audit.
Develop and train all colleagues in MOHG hygiene procedure preparedness.
Protection of hotel assets.
Maintain a good working relationship with other departments.
Maintain liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
Set example for all colleagues to emulate by complying with all hotel policies and procedures
To be aware of, and comply with Food Hygiene Standards.

College or university degree in business, engineering or hospitality management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Able to multi-task
The ability to work well in a team environment
Experience with an automated and manual revenue management system
Experience with a Global company; ideally at a resort location
Experience with an automated and manual revenue management system
At least 3 years working experience in a luxury hospitality environment
Fluent in English.
