For our Passenger Services and Loyalty Solutions team of information technology department, we are seeking analytical minded, solution oriented,innovative, highly motivated business analysts who will take part in designing, maintaining and supporting IT solutions that will be delivered to our guests and our loyalty programme partners on mobile and web platforms.

A successful candidate should posess solid knowledge in applicable information technologies and have loyalty programme management experience in similar industries. Eagerness to dig into details, while maintaining his /her focus is a must. As he/she will be working with various internal and external peers to accomplish the duties, excellent communication skills is required.

When you join us as a member of a team of experts consisting of business units and IT department that will design and implement loyalty solutions, you will be performing;

-process and requirements analysis, 
-writing functional design & specifications, 
-preparing UAT cases, performing UAT,
-implementing programme partner integrations, 
-performing problem analysis, problem resolution, 
-managing interface and daily operations of the loyalty programme.

-A proven track record as business analyst in customer loyalty area (4 + years experience), 
-Good understanding of applicable information technologies,
-Superb analytical skills, 
-Solid communication and teamwork skills, 
-Enthusiastic to create, explore, share and honournew ideas, 
-Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to make changes based on feedback,
-An ability to desire to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamically changing environment,
-High creativity,
-Minimum BS degree in engineering, preferrably computer science or industrial engineering,
