Laundry Valet

To assist the Laundry Manager with the day to day running of the valet department, ensuring efficient delivery of services to both our employees and our guests
To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests
To provide guests with requested services at all times, ensuring all queries are handled in order to achieve full satisfaction       
To establish guest needs for laundry requirements and delivery times and meet those needs
To ensures that the supervisor is informed of any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems so as to ensure full guest satisfaction

Minimum 6-month experience in a similar position 
Must be in good physical condition, frequent pushing/ pulling/ reaching/ stooping/ handling and gripping is required
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to converse in English language
