Operasyon Yöneticisi

We are looking for a “Operation Specialist” in our office located in Serdivan-SAKARYA with the following qualifications. 

JOB DESCRIPTION
Communicating with the new clients, introducing the INSPEX to new clients,
Receiving, managing and coordinating inspections from clients,
Ensuring communication between clients and inspectors, to supports them,
Expediting the overall inspecting process and all necessary documents from vendors to the client,
Providing and finding qualified inspectors for specific inspections by location, experience and availability,
Preparation and follow-up of inspection reports and relevant documents,
Follow-up of inspection and inspector budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree (Preferably Engineering),
Minimum 1 year experience working operations activities,
Fluent in spoken and written English,
Have strong organizational skills, strategic planning, coordinating and problem-solving abilities,
Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Acrobat Reader),
No military obligation for male candidates.
