Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Receptionist for Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Ottomare. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and put into practice existing skills in creating and developing a strong service orientated department. Tasks and Responsibilities:

•  Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures,
• Answering guests questions and fulfilling their requests,
• Managing and updating room reservations,
• Processing guest payments and issuing invoices.
• Handling guest complaints, resolving disputes, and ensuring their satisfaction,

• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Strong focus on business and sales,
• Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service,
• Excellent time management and organisational skills,
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm is required as well as capacity to learn rapidly,
• Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude,
• Fluency in English. Another languages are a plus,
• Previous experience in cash handling is an advantage,
• Computer knowledge required.
• Experience with Emma is an advantage
