Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, qualify and close new ideal customers within assigned territory
- Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads from web, webinars and events
- Lead product demos on a consistent weekly basis
- Develop comprehensive presentations and proposals of ILETISIM MAKINESI technology integrating CRM Systems, and business process analysis
- Develop Return on Investment calculations after uncovering process gaps in call centers and business operations environments.
- Present in person (5-10 person audiences) live via Powerpoint and through whiteboarding the value and impact of ILETISIM MAKINESİ technology.
- Train partners and channels on the ILETISIM MAKINESİ value proposition.
- Speak knowledgably about trends in technology, SaaS, Web2.0, IVR, CRM, VoIP is a plus
- Explain and promote our architecture, security, telecommunication, component, reliability, and disaster recover perspectives to partners, clients, and prospects
Attributes and Background:
- Individuals who are self-motivated and who are comfortable and responsible in a position that grants autonomy.
- Able to achieve success with little management or guidance
- Outstanding speaking and writing skills
- Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits
- Polished and professional in both appearance, personal interaction, and all communications
- Demonstrable understanding of VoIP, Computer Telephony Integration *(CTI), Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Web Services, relational database management systems (RDBMS) and comfort with SQL is a plus
- BS/BA Degree in MIS, Computer Science or technical field or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experience in an equivalent role for a telecommunications technology firm a major plus

- Must possess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of ILETISIM MAKINESI in order to effectively position and convey the merits of the platform to customers and prospects
- Strong business development skills with proven success of creating new opportunities through individual business development efforts.
- Minimum of 1 years professional selling experience in technology sales, preferably in areas such as business services, technology and telecom
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
- Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented.
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face client meetings on a regular basis
- Travel up to 10%
