For over 60 years, Gulf Cryo has been manufacturing and supplying industrial, medical and specialty gases to a wide range of industries across the Middle East. Established in 1953 as the Kuwait Oxygen and Acetylene Company, the Gulf Cryo group now comprises of over 30 production and distribution sites operating in 12 countries, including all of the GCC, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Turkey and Austria.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer, to our company.

Job Description;

  • Capturing arising market opportunities
  • Gaining new customers and contracts
  • Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support including collections, and identifying current and future customer requirements
  • Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  • Support all marketing activities and market communications, and attendance of trade shows
  • Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
  • Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual sales targets of the company
  • Monitoring customer complaints and solve the problems
  • Calculation of client quotations and analysing costs (not sure if conflict of interest with cost calculation)
  • Negotiating and closing deals by agreeing terms & conditions
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data and meeting minutes
  • Help in researching and developing new products & opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement which serves to departmental objectives
  • Prepare the requested reports for line management and Head Office

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university
  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience ideally in industrial gases industry but also in any related industries. We also welcome fresh graduates.
  • Good understanding of the local Turkey market
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office application is must
  • Having knowledge of Oracle ERP is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Have analytical thinking competency, ability to closely follow up topics against deadlines
  • Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Adding value to our organization
  • Competent in teamwork
  • Enthusiasm for learning
  • Strong communication skills
  • No restriction for travelling
  • Having B class driving license
