Work to ensure customer satisfaction,
Identify opportunities to up-sell,
Organize and lead periodical account reviews,
Effectively communicate with all departments to resolve customer issues,
Developing and negotiating sales development plans,
Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy,
Developing and agreeing business plans and new business improvement opportunities for every customer,
Negotiating and finalizing customer contracts,
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships in customers’ management level, prioritizing and solving difficult customer problems,
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information,

University degree,
Ability to work independently, demonstrated planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Capacity to solve problems effectively and to make good decisions in order to meet customer expectations consistent with company policies,
Excellent time management skills necessary,
Proficient at calculating commissions, percentages, and reviewing comparative sales data for analysis,
Goal oriented, focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision,
Must be willing to travel abroad and live there if needed,
