Job Description
- As one of the leading manufacturers of aluminum facades, pergolas and winter garden products. GLASSINUM is seeking a highly qualified “Administrative Secretary” to be employed in Istanbul-Güneşli office.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports Develop and maintain a filing system Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements Document expenses and hand in reports Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Required Skills
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft programs including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to set up conference calls using the required technology
- Excellent business English both written and oral.
- Excellent business Turkish both written and oral.
- Speaking Arabic is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Outstanding attention to detail is essential.
- Demonstrable Secretary experience.
