Job Description
Our aim is to be the natural choice in glass repair, replacement & recalibration (VGRRR) and to be world famous for customer service.
Your mission as ‘Operation Claims Specialist’ is to organise branches to deliver outstanding customer service in line with Business(Belron®) Standard Operating Procedures.
For our growing organization in Istanbul- Anatolian Side, we are looking for a Operational Support Team Member as part of the Operation Department. The incumbent will be directly reporting to Operations Manager in Turkey.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining knowledge of the services we offer and the technical aspects of products, to support the delivery of exceptional customer service,
- Observing the managerial processes in the branches and auditing the stock through branch visits,
- Liaising with Technicians regarding job schedules and provides administrative assistance as required,
- Ensuring and supporting the communication with Technicians and Ops Manager and listen to their suggestions,
- Supporting central claims file processes,
- Caring out day to day activities in accordance with branch operating systems,
- Assisting with the running of operations in conjunction with the Branch Manager Assisting the Technical Trainer in Belron® processes,
- Completing the translations for global documents in English
- Monitoring compliance with Belron® Standard Operating Procedures,
- Ensuring legal compliance within the branch and take responsibility for driving health and safety standards,
- Monitoring performance to be able to take disciplinary action where necessary,
Required Skills
- Fluent in English, (is a must)
- Basic knowledge of claim file processes,
- Experienced in technician / workshop management,
- Strong communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
- Attention to details and Numerical Ability,
- Team player,
- B- Driver license,
- Capable of working with foreign experts related with the role and complete the implementations of the best practices if necessary,
- Residing in Anatolian side,
- No military service for male applicants,Availability for travel domestically and internationally,
